Hi there and welcome to TalesOfLegend comics! This here is the new webcomic I've started. I'll be doing retellings of different Celtic myths and legends. Why? Well I guess it's simply because it's one of my biggest interest. As, most of them are rather cool stories that need to be told!

To start things off I'm going to do the Beowulf story. I'll be splitting the story up into three books (Grendel, Beowulf and Wiglaf) starting with Grendel's part of the story.

In case any of you wonder, I have not watched the latest Beowulf movie (In some sort of attempt to maintain "artistic integrity"). I have to admit I have watched the Christopher Lambert Beowulf movie (which I advice you to watch!) and Beowulf and Grendel (which sort of sucked...).

The art might be a bit shady at the start and I'll be trying a few different styles out as well. So bear with me, as I get in to the swing of things it'll get better!

Also, I'd like to hear from you guys. Feedback (positive or negative) is always a good motivator. I have yet to set up a comment system or a shoutbox but in the meantime don't hesitate to email me (talesoflegend-comics@hotmail.com)
